• Details of calls handled by our service on your behalf, such as a caller's name, number, and the reason for their call.
• Basic usage and account information needed to provide and support the service.

• To provide the service — answering calls, capturing caller details, and notifying you.
• To contact you about your account, support, and service updates.
• To improve and secure the service.

SMS / text messaging

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you consent to receive account and job notification text messages from ComputerPro (for example, a text with the details of a call our service answered for you). Opt-in is collected only through the consent form on our website atcomputerpro.ai/sms.

• Message frequency varies based on your call and job volume.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help.

We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Connected social media accounts

Our content publishing tool lets an account owner connect their own TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and X accounts so videos they approve can be posted to them. When you connect an account, we receive an access token and basic profile information (account ID, display name or handle) from that platform.

• We use this access only to upload and publish videos you have reviewed and approved, and to show you which accounts are connected.
• We do not read your followers, messages, or other content, and we do not sell or share platform data.
• Access tokens are encrypted at rest and stored only for as long as the account stays connected.
• You can disconnect at any time in our tool or by revoking access in the platform's own settings (for TikTok: Settings → Security → Manage app permissions). Disconnecting deletes the stored token.

How we share information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our voice and messaging platforms), and only as needed to provide the service, or where required by law.

Data security & retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information and retain it only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You can reply STOP to opt out of texts, or contact us to update or delete your information.
