The terms that govern your use of ComputerPro's services. Effective September 2026.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by ComputerPro ("we," "us," "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

ComputerPro provides an AI phone receptionist and related services for local businesses — answering calls, capturing caller details, and notifying you so you don't miss customers.

Messaging (SMS) terms

Program name: ComputerPro Account Alerts.

Program description: account and job notification text messages for ComputerPro's business-owner clients about their own phone line — for example, a summary of a call our receptionist answered, or a service alert if a call could not be connected. This is a transactional notification program; we do not send marketing messages.

How to opt in: enter your mobile number on our opt-in form atcomputerpro.ai/sms and check the consent box. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • Message frequency varies based on your call and job volume.
  • Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier.
  • To opt out, reply STOP at any time. You'll receive one confirmation text and no further messages. Reply START to opt back in.
  • For help, reply HELP, call (701) 594-7306, or email colbyalbertson@gmail.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • We do not share your mobile number or opt-in consent with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • Use the service lawfully and only for legitimate business purposes.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, ComputerPro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including missed or delayed calls or messages.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
